Changing everything!!

Hi all -- I've done them all. Lost the same 100 lbs about 20 times. Gain and lose and give up in about 2 weeks generally. But, something is different this time. I'm changing everything. First of all websites. I did a lot of searching and I love this database, community, and nutritional reports, so I thought this was the best fit for all my areas of concern.

2nd I am focusing on today. That's it. Just today. Getting through today with calories in range and journalling and drinking enough fluids. My goal is 15 lbs for now. Then we will go from there. I am 1/3 of the way there. I actually started on the 11th and am down 5 lbs as of yesterday. So it's a good start and today is going well and that is all that matters. I don't have a lot of time to be on the boards, so I am going to try to blog once a week just to vent everything out. But, you may see me swoop in and post from time to time.
