Weight Loss Vs. Maintenance

I am currently 5 lbs. to my first goal weight. My thought is to maintain this weight for a couple of weeks before assessing whether to go further.
I am curious about what it means to maintain.
I currently work out for 90 minutes to 2 hours, 5 days a week. My daily calorie goal is around 1,500. My goal weight is 165 and I am 5'6".
Do I change my workout habits? Up my daily calorie goal?
I am new to this fitness thing (only been doing it since mid - Feb) and the results have been pretty amazing (mostly thanks to this site). Any advice?

For maintenance, you will increase your calories however, this does not mean that you get to go out to Taco Bell and eat whatever you want (which I'm sure you know). I did not follow the MFP guidelines when I got to my maintenance phase, I started increasing my calories 200 a week until I saw the plateau then I stayed there and I eat my exercise calories. It turns out, that my maintenance calories are a LOT more than what MFP recommends because I carry more muscle so that's what I go with.0

You can change your workouts but you don't have to, either exercise less and eat slightly more, or exercise the same and eat a bunch more. that will get you to maintenance.0 -
usually to maintain you eat "maintence" calories. you can go to freedieting.com (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm) and figure out based on your workout what that is. or they have settings on here.
BE CAREFUL!
upping cals SLOWLY not instant or you will gain weight. go up like 100 a week. also you can slow down on cardio type things, focus on muscle maintence.0
