Hey all!
I was wondering what guidelines myfitnesspal follows for setting my nutrition goals? At first glance, it seems like the grams of protein recommended per day is low.

I agree with you the protein allowances seem a bit low, not sure why though:noway:0

you can go custom change your nutrition goals! I am always in read on protien because I try to have some with every meal! So I am always over! But you do have the option to change your percentages to for example 40/40/20 (carbs/protein/fat)!
