P90X Peak Health Formula

Anybody take the P90X Peak Health Formula (PHF)? I have been ready the back of the PHF box wondering if I need to take all 6 capsules per day...or only take 3 a day. Seems like there is a lot of stuff in them. I sometimes take the PHF every other day just because I forget. Any comments positive or negative towards the PHF?? Thanks!

    I take that as well as 1 each of the core nutrition pack (Omega 3, Cal-Mag and Activit Metabolism Formula)

    Oh yeah and I drink Shakeology daily.

    I buy omega 3's and Whey Protien mix from the vitiman shop. I use the P90X recovery formular if I'm really hurting and drink Shakeology every day. Thats it for me. P90X 3 times, Insanity and now Asylum day 12, going strong
