After watching an episode of Dr Oz on Carb Addicts I looked it up and found this quiz

Sad to say, I am addicted to carbs even though I thought I wasnt.

    That sounds like a rhetorical question to me! The real test to find out if I am addicted to carbs is offer me some and see if I start to drool! Excuse me, I mean time me for when I start to drool! I can honestly say I feel my mouth watering as I type this because I am just THINKING about carbs in general! Shall I still take the test to find out? Ha! Ha! = D

    I am addicted to carbs. We actually need them in our diet. I think the real question is are you so addicted that you consume an abnormally high amount of them in one day. You can be addicted and still in control. BTW, I really hate Dr. Oz. While he's sometimes helpful he is one of those people who contributes to paranoias such as germs and bad food and what have you.

    There is a difference between good carbs and bad carbs. Like white flour anything, pie, cake, donuts, pizza dough and such. Good carbs are fine.

    you only need to swap 3 daily servings of carbs with "good" carbs. as per my dietitian. But every Dr. is different.

    I LOVE carbs. I've just adapted to eating healthy carbs and try not to eat any refined or processed carbs. I LOVE whole wheat pasta (in moderation).

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE dark breads, dark rye, whole wheat, and pumpernickle. I just wish I could get my son to eat it. So I get white wheat for him. It is not the same, but better than straigh bleach crappy white bread. Im am struggling with staying away from the cakes and donuts :embarassed:

    I thought it was just me! I actually think his alarmist methods edge on dangerous.
