Low fat and low sodium snacks?

Anyone have any recommendations on snacks that are low in saturated fat and sodium? (Aside from basic veggies.) Those are the two things I have the biggest problem with and I'm open to suggestions.

I love roasted edamame. 1/3 cup serving is 120 cal, 4g fat, .5g fat, 10g carb, 10g pro. I get it in the bulk section at my market.0
