I would just like to say something--
I don't think it's fair to come in here and judge people because of how we want to live our lives. As long as we're making healthy choices and living a better lifestyle, what difference does it make how much we weigh? What matters is that our blood pressure is healthy, cholesterol is good, we don't have spiked (or too low) blood sugar, our heart rates are healthy, and so forth. That can easily be the case for someone in the "overweight" category if they are working out and eating right. I don't think it's right to say someone's in "denial" if they are taking steps to change their life. Obviously they're NOT or they would still be pigging out in front of the TV all day!
Thank you, that is all... :flowerforyou:0
