Any one have any idea how to post your P90X exercise on MFP? Other than just entering push ups, pull ups, squats, etc. I'm at a loss of what exactly to do. Any ideas?

Calisthenics for pushups, squats and sit ups. I guess ut depends what video you are doing that day.

I add it as circuit training, general. I would consider it that since you move from one activity to a next without breaks and my heart rate stays up most of the time. It would something different for like the plyo workout and kenpo etc. If you search the data base, there are some options that might match.

Go to Exercise tab, then enter P90X Cardio X, a message will pop up that says it's not in the database, towards the bottom of the screen click on: Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database. Then add in the name, time, and calories burned.

I track the calories with a heart rate monitor.
