Hi everyone. I am on a mission to lose 50 lbs. I have been using the app for almost 2 weeks and love it! I have lost 4 lbs so far. I am using a combination of Slim Fast drinks in the morning, regular exercise at the gym and smart eating habits throughout the day. Snacking has been the hardest thing to give up. I am a stay at home mom and I find that if I can get out of the house with my daughter, I am not only getting exercise, but staying away from the fridge and pantry too! I got my husband and my mother to sign up too and we are having fun tracking each others success, encouraging each other, and even doing a little bit of hounding when we need to!     I love this app too!! I am also down 4 lbs and can't believe it. I am really shocked at how much I was really eating before I started tracking my calories!! I am trying to get my hubby to join too.

    The app is what convinced me to join! It makes life so much easier! Welcome, and feel free to add me as a friend. I'm also a SAHM and face similar challenges with snacking!
