What to do halfway through the day?

You guys could look at my diary if you want.

So after breakfast and lunch (it's now 3:15pm), I have earring a little over 500 calories. But for the day, I will be burning a little over 700. As of now I am -150 calories for the day. I have practice for basketball tonight at 8-9:30pm. I plan on eating dinner after practice when I get home because if I eat within 3 hours of practice I feel sick at practice and if I just got done eating lunch like 5 minutes ago so I'm full right now. I am having a roast beef sandwich on an italian roll with ketchup, and some broccoli for dinner tonight. So my question to you is, what should I do with all these left over calories!!??!? Probably ganna be about 1600 after dinner tonight at 10pm..

    ....start eating more for breakfast and bigger snacks. Don't leave that many for dinner.

    peanut butter, or nuts, they have many calories. 1 oz of almonds is... like 140 calories or so

    Snack on things like nuts, peanut butter, avocados.. they are high in good calories. Maybe throw in a protein bar or smaller snacks during the day?
