I started this program this week, and will have to see how it works out. I don't have time to spend an hour on the eliptical machine or stationary bike, and I can do this in 20 minutes, and follow it with a 15-20 walk at a fairly brisk pace to finish it off.

He does push his own products in his articles quite often, but you don't have to buy. I subscribed to his daily email/newsletter, it usually has some interesting articles, and things that make sense, but I had never really thought about.

I've just started my program of watching what, and as importantly how much I eat. I was prompted by my doctor who put me on a low fat, low cholesterol diet/program. My cholesterol was 220 on my last blood test. Hoping to see a significant improvement in October when I go back.
