logging exercise?

Hi all! I wanted to ask how to log specific exercises, like the 3o day shred for example? Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hi there!

    I log 30 Day Shred and other Jillian DVDs as cardio--circuit training.

    I log the 30 day shred as "circuit training, general" :)

    I use a heart rate monitor to estimate my calories burned and then I create a workout for that.
