Hi everyone! I'm new here.. I just started to get myself back on track and I'm 5'2", 140lbs, intending to be at most, 125lbs. I had my last child 6 years ago, and ran out of excuses. I'm tracking my food and calorie intake and exercising (walking, aerobics, calisthenics). I'd appreciate any advice!! What exercise programs are you doing? What works and what doesn't? Anything, please!!

Thank you!

I love working out to DVD's. Julian Michael's the shred apparently is a good one and many members are challenging each other. I'm thinking about buying it and joining them.

In all honesty there is a plan here for everyone, at the risk of sounding too simple. But the truth is what is easy for someone else might be impossible for others. Ive met people on the Adkins, the south beach, and the slow carb diet. the funny part is for me the diet that works best is just good old fashion calorie counting, ie watching what I eat. I never had any success at counting calories before however I discovered like everything else in the world now there is an app for that. I have the my fitness pal app on my phone and each day I log what I eat. That in it self has caused me to make better choices, and I can still eat the foods I like maybe in better moderation though.

Honestly the best advice I can give you is add friends on this site to support you and encourage you, and youll be well on your way to your health goal.

If you need anything at all do not be afraid to ask.

    Best of luck,
    Eric
