i've seen a few and I just wondered if there are any DVDs or anything to go with the series. Their results seem to be pretty good but the motivational style is a little less, er, in your face than Jillian Michaels...

I'd be interested in the circuit-style training programmes that Tommy Europe devises...

I love that show! I know Tommy Europe has a book, but I've heard it's not so great.

I've tried looking for the workout plans for that show in addition to Bulging Brides to no avail.

I love this show! It's actually filmed here in Vancouver, my hometown, and both Tommy Europe and Nadine Bowman work out at the gym where I see my personal trainer. It's definitely motivation!
