I think I'm going to actually REST today and NOT go to the gym. I over-ate, but I'm not all that concerned as I've already done 3500 exercise calories since Saturday. I'm tired.
I'd PLANNED to do weights then go to the jacuzzi but I'm really just not into it... Not going to ask if I should go - because I know I won't take advice. Just needed to vent my exhaustion!

I only workout 6 days a week, I always take a day off0
