Hello MFP!

I lost a LOT of weight about 2 years ago. Gained it all +20lbs back. I completely lost my motivation. I think MFP has been the reason I've gotten back on track this week. I joined a new gym on Saturday, started on Sunday. It's now Thursday and I have gone EVERY single day this week. YAY me :)

    that is great---keep up the good work. i work out everyday at home with my daughter.

    good luck on that :) i have also joined a gym recently. umm like tuesday we are doing a personal trainer for both me and my mom also so we start that on monday, i hope it works and yes try to keep ur self down :) ! dont give up.

    I can't afford a gym but do go walking every day no matter the weather. If it is to awful I go mall walking in overdrive. Wishing for sunshine. Best of luck to you.

    Me too! This is my first week and I have gone to the gym 5 out of 7 days. I think the key is to really count calories. They are lurking in everything and that is how my weight has crept up on me!

    Congrats! Keep up the good work. I'm two weeks in and have been biking every day, rain or shine. Just cutting out all the bad stuff I used to put in my body has made me feel more energized and good about myself. It's nice to not have to worry about writing down everything I eat and counting calories when MFP does it all :D
