Hey Guys,

Can someone have a quick analasys of my food for the day and tell me if anyone can "Guestimate" how many calories I've eaten or in each please, I'm going quite crazy wondering what I'm eating today!!

Anways heres my daily intake for today, I've included the food which have calories labelled on them!

Breakfast:

- Weight Watchers Chicken Fajita Wrap : 294Kcal

Lunch:

EDIT: And including a Special K Red Berry Cereal Bar: 88Kcal

- White Scone (Has sultana's in it) with small carton of strawberry jam (similar to this: http://www.markmushakian.com/00-images/Blog/2010/R-StrawberryJam.jpg) : KCAL UKNOWN ***
- Americano with a small bit of Low Fat Milk and Splenda: Roughly 30 KCal

Dinner:
(Now here is where I'm confused as I met my parents in the hotel their staying at so calories go unknown"

- Cream of Vegetable Soup (home made, 1 bowl) and two small bread rolls (No Butter) (http://photos1.fotosearch.com/bthumb/FDC/FDC003/957601.jpg breadrolls similar to this) KCAL UNKNOWN ***

- Bowl of Roasted Vegetables (Carrots, Parsnips, Turnips) im presuming with a drizzling of olive oil. KCAL UNKNOWN ***

- Bowl of French Fries, I'm presuming homemade ... Served in a similiar bowl , if not small bit bigger than *http://www.swide.com/binaries/content/gallery/2009/food/Superbowl_Snacks/Superbowl_snacks/Superbowl/Superbowl_IntoTheArt_05.jpg) . KCAL UNKNOWN ***

Lunch in Work (Now):

- Flahavans QuickOats Portable Porridge (Oatmeal) with Water: 153KCal

I don't really want to go over my calorie intake today as I plan on having my cheat day tomorrow with my girlfriend, and my intake is limited to 1490, but I have also burned an extra 220 from walking today.

    You were going to delete the app because you were afraid you have an eating disorder. You came on here and posted several messages to that effect. You sent out personal mails saying "goodbye."

    Please try to relax a little. You said you have lost too much weight and are going to stop this. I'm worried.

    My guess is between 1600-1800...without subtracting your excersise....so your not too far off from where you wanted to be!!

    If I can't find the exact thing, I go for a generic thing.

    Plus it's not quite an exact science. Really, if I have 125g of carrots and there were really 127g or 122g, I'm not too worried that I'm missing 5 or 10 calories or even 50 or 100. It's a target to shoot for, but the bullseye is really quite large.

    Remember, if you're on a journey to just eat less than you burn so you can reduce weight, then missing a goal on MFP doesn't mean you're simply down the tubes. There's a wide gap between your MFP goal and your bodily minimum calorie requirements.

    And while what you're doing might be a little over-the-top, essentially the key is just to be aware of what you're eating and to make better choices.

    Glad you're able to talk about it. It's not easy to gain mastery over something that seems so important.
