doing more than set exercise

im doing between 1 hour to 3 hours more exercise a week than i set when i set up MFP should i going in and up my exercise or does it work out what i should eat on the exercise or do?

    Is it on a very consistent base or just sparadic? If it's just once in while, then leave it be, but if you're going to make it a habit, be sure to change the settings.

    I usually do WAY more exercise than I set MFP at, and I just leave it, because it DOESN'T calculate your allowed food calories on exercise until after you've ACTUALLY DONE the exercise, if that makes sense. So, you can up it on your goals if you do it on a consistent basis, but it still won't change your allowed calories for the day.

    pretty sure im making a habbit not meaning to just doing more than i planned on :) thanks ill go in and change it
