Low Cal High Calcium?

I slowed down on drinking milk due to calories. Cheese is also a bit high in calories. SOO I am looking for something with LOW calories and HIGH calcium. I really like almond milk and ready to try the unsweeted variety. I don't drink alot other than water which I struggle to meet my 8 cups. So I am kindof looking for something that is edible. What ideas can ya give me? Thanks in advance! :flowerforyou:

    Frigo Light string cheese has like 60 calories and 20% calcium.

    No sugar added Rice and Tapioca pudding by Kozy has 10%. Only 70 calories for an individual cup

    I remedy this situation by taking a calcium +D vitamin supplement. Just saying. :bigsmile:

    Calcium supplements are the best way to go- along with lowfat yogurt, and string cheese. They also have light Silk, very high in calcium. I take Calcium Plus 1000 w/ magnesium and Vitamin D-3. Great stuff/ I have a bone disease due to NOT eating enough calcium and I'm only 22- so make SURE you are getting plenty of it!!!!!!!! :)
