I have finally decided to get serious about losing this gut of mine. When I was younger it seemed relatively easy. A couple of weeks jogging around the block and I began to feel my belt hanging a bit loser around my waist. Now, of course, my waist is considerably bigger and I am considerably older, consequently the jogs around the block are a bit harder, seem to take a bit longer and the weeks before noticing any difference have turned to months. Anyway, I have just installed this app on my iPod so maybe tracking the numbers and monitoring my weight and waist size will help keep me motivated to stick with the program. If it does I will have yet another justification for buying this iPod in the first place.:laugh:
