Needing Motivation

Hi everyone! I am looking for friends to add in order to keep me interested and motivated to track my food. I am sick of this extra weight and I have been having problems "sticking to it" Hope to see you all making progress!

    I am so glad that I am not the only one needing motivation! I think that we are both on the right website. I lost 20 pounds, and look to lose 45 more. It comes with time, my friend. We are only able to safely lose 1 to 1.8 pounds per week. It takes a 3, 500 reduction in calories to lose a pound. Keep on keeping on!
