I started two whole days ago. I signed up with a friend. We are really going to help each other keep track of our food and exercise. So far, we have both been under our calorie and fat amount. I have gone running for half an hour both days. We are really committed to doing it this time. My friend only has 13 pounds to lose. I have about 65. I think it might work this time since I have someone to keep me motivated.
