Reading Not Eating.

I work the 11pm shift on weekends and every other Thursday, and go keep myself awake I tend to eat everything and anything laying around. So when my belly started to grumble around 1:30am I didn't raid the fridge like usual. Instead I came on mfp and read the success stories and other forms. It took away my late night binge eating, and made me realize that I can read instead of eat. Thanks for keeping me on track! 23 pounds down, 59 left to go!
