Sugars.

Should I really be that concerned if I'm going over my sugars for the day because of fruits? The only refined sugar I'm eating is in my chocolate, and that's only 7g. I get some from the milk in my weekly/bi-weekly (unflavored) latte, too, but that's about it.

I have the same problem. I try not to eat any refined sugar but I don't worry about sugars from fruit. I have cut down on the amount of fruit juice I drink though0

I figured. I don't even drink juice, anymore, just water and, of course, the occasional bit of milk in my coffee or oatmeal.0
