Hi, just joined yesterday and already addicted!!! It's really making me think twice about eating that biscuit/cake bar which can only be a good thing! Hopefully the body will be ready for a bikini by August.

Good Morning,
I joined last night. I am looking forward to seriously starting my diet on Tuesday. I am going to be careful and active until then. I see your goal is to wear your bikini by August. My goal is to lose 20 pounds. What is your diet strategy with food and exercise?

I already exercise quite a lot but end up counteracting what I do by eating loads of rubbish afterwards! I'm hoping that by recording what I eat it will firstly show where I'm going wrong and also make me think before I eat that extra bag of crisps! I have a fairly small goal on weight loss but I need the motivation to lose the lbs. I want to be lean, rather than skinny (husband doesn't like skinny) so I'm going to try and increase my protein intake and aim to eat lowGI carbs(ie limit white bread,pasta etc)
Sometimes you know what you have to do, it's just doing it!

Yeah, think it's fairly new exercise though. Not sure how you add exercise. Maybe ask someone in the class if they're wearing a heartrate monitor that measures calories burned and it will give you an idea. It's probably on a similar scale to bodycombat with regards to calories burned. You could see if that's on there.0
