Polar FT7

After a couple months on here I finally went ahead and ordered a Polar FT7. I'm really excited for it to get here. I'm looking forward to getting accurate calorie counts when doing the elliptical and other activities like softball. I'm also hoping it will help when I start the C25K program.
Also, fyi, if you order the men's black and silver off of amazon it's only $88 with free shipping. That beats the $120 you pay in stores or the $100 you see online everywhere else. It will be here next Tuesday and I can't wait!

I have a Polar FT7. Since I couldn't wait to use it, I just went to a local store and bought it for $120. I absolutely love it! No regrets!0

Congratulations and enjoy. Great price on the FT7. I paid that much for the FT4 and the FT7 has more to offer so you got a great price!0

I considered the FT7 but opted for the FT4 because of its size. Even now, most of the time I fasten it through the loop on my jeans or put it in a pocket rather than wearing it on my 6-1/2" wrist. That said, you got a great deal and will not be disappointed. FYI, Polar has a magnificent support team at their 800 number. If you have any questions, give them a call. They'll give you a "case" number and follow up if you need to make subsequent calls (but you won't).
I really wish there was an alternative to the chest strap for both. As a woman, it would be great to have something I could simply tuck into the front of my bra. I've thought about re-engineering the strap so I could do either but haven't come up with a viable plan yet.0 -

I hear Polar makes a sports bra, but being a man I have no other details about it other than I think it exists.0
