Emotional Eater...

It's taken me almost 23 years (Minus 9 days) to realise that I am an emotional eater.

I have been really down and stressed ALL day... and I'm sat here thinking I want chocolate. Shall I go get some from the Snack Box at work... Aww it won't hurt... Then the Angel side of me is thinking, no Jo, it will pass in time and you'll forget about it... then my mouth starts watering!

Now I realise that when Im happy I never feel much need to eat, and every time I'm either down or hungover I feel the need to eat high calorie take away foods or chocolate or crap!!

I've already given in to a packet of crisps today, which is bad enough! Wasted 200 calories basically!
