So we are celebrating 13 years tonight with our 7 year old daughter with a picnic & concert in a local park tonight. we went to vegas for 3 nights 2 weeks ago ;-)
I need help!
I don't have tons of time to make recipes after work, but do have time for a trip to the store.
What are low-fat romantic foods?
I've been doing soooo good I don't want to blow my progress.

My husband and I love this. It's really simple, the only cooking involved is to grill the chicken. I used red wine vinegar instead of rice wine and instead of buying fresh mint, I just picked up some from the seasonings aisle. Happy Anniversary!
Tropical Chicken Salad with Orange Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon table salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
4 cups mixed baby greens
5 ounces cooked chicken breasts, skinless boneless
3/4 cup pineapple chunk, fresh, cut into chunks
1 mango, fresh, cut into chunks
1/2 cucumber, seedless, cut into chunks
1/4 cup mint leaf, fresh, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Go to a store that has an awesome deli (Whole Foods?) and pick up salads, and perhaps a rotisserie chicken. Tabouleh, bean salad.... oh my, now I want to do this for lunch!0
