Holidays in 50 days need to start loosing asap!

Hi! Holidays are fast approaching and i wana loose 7pounds before hand! switched to high protein breakfast, cut down on carbs and upped my exercise. Any other tips to help reach my goal??

Eat plenty of greens, lean protein. Eat carbs only early in the day, complex carbs ONLY! take a look at my food diary, I am losing weight quickly, just eating healthy!!!!!!0

Foods that fill the stomach with lots of fiber! Salads, salads, salads! Soups are good too...the ultimate comfort food, put lots of veggies in there!0
