Last night, I was getting dressed in my soccer uniform and I was sitting in front of my mirror on a bench...

well as I was sitting on the bench I was doing leg raises, and It suprised me at how my muscles are really starting to look defined on my legs...

This has been such a trial for me, My legs simply just don't wanna be shaped! :grumble: :angry: Well I have shown them whose boss!:happy:

I credit my newly defined muscles to a combination of Running about 12-15 miles a week, as well as lifting 3 times a week as well!

FINALLY some progress!
