Good morning all!!

I've been dieting on my own for almost a month now and saw a link to this website on Facebook via Cosmoradio and decided to sign up yesterday.

I saw great results in the first two weeks by losing eight pounds. At the end of the third week there was still no change and now I'm days away from my next weigh in and it seems I'm acutally up a pound or two. I'm hoping having the a means to track what I'm doing and to have the support of a community will help me to stay on track and lose 10-20 pounds before my wedding!

    The initial weight loss could be water weight or just a shock to your body of doing something different. Depending on what kind of work outs your doing, you may be gaining muscle mass while your toning. As a lot of people say, take your measurements too and don't only rely on the scale. Good LUCK!
