Hi all! I am new here. I recently started using this to help boost my weight loss! I LOVE it! It is so simple to use and makes tracking progress so much easier! I have lost a total of 52 lb's since January 31st (I know very unhealthy. that's why I started using this to get me back on track with eating more healthy calorie foods)
However I do have a question. When I work out, it says I go into negative calories. Now I typically eat about 1500 calories a day but an hour on the eliptical, plus some basic stretching burns all that off. Do I need to eat more to maintain only eating 500 less calories than whats recommended? If so, are there any really high calorie healthy foods which can help me obtain that amount? As I said before, I was on a vlcd and didn't realize hoe dangerous it was. Now I am forcing myself to eat more calories but it's quite difficult. All the additional calories I have added since are all fruits and veggies, but is there something else I should be adding?
