 I love chocolate and this helps me with my chocolate cravings and still eating healthy, so I thought I would share with everyone!
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 tablespoon baking cocoa
1-2 tablespoons sugar free raspberry jelly
mix it all together until creamy and enjoy:happy:
If you are partial to really sweet chocolate you may not like this as much, but if you like dark chocolate it is great!!

Can you use something other than raspberry? I am not a big fan of raspberry flavors.0

Making this! Thanks!0

sometimes I use strawberry sugar free instead of raspberry, you could really use any flavor it helps to sweeten the baking cocoa

I just made a variation of this with nonfat greek yogurt, hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup and reduced sugar raspberry jam. So good! Fresh or thawed frozen raspberries would be good in it too.0
