Injury and workout

This morning I slipped on the kitchen floor and basically did the splits with my left leg. I feel a MAJOR pull in the back of my thigh and up to my hip. I still went to the gym and did the elliptical and my upper body circuit training. I did the elliptical very slowly, never got above 70 strides. It felt better to stretch it out. Standing feels better than sitting. I'm not asking anyone for medical advice, but do you think I should take a day off tomorrow and let it rest? I don't feel that I need medical attention, more that I just really pulled that muscle in the back of my thigh.

Yes. Rest. Working an injured muscle will most likely just make it worse.0
