pleeeeease can someone tell me what to take out from home with me, when I know I'm gonna be out for over a couple of hours and will need to eat something? I'll usually have no access to any facilities!!! I CAN take water/ soy milk with me to mix with things etc.

What do all you paleo/ caveman/ high protien diet peeps take out with you???

I have protien powder at home, but no shaker, should I look into buying one?

Was thinking hard boiled eggs? but I'd like to tey and avoid eggs if possible (dont know why, but I'm kinda 'off' them at the moment!), nuts? things I can eat/ pack easilly and eat whenever/ wherever.

Thanks xx

Nuts, cut up veggies, fruit...........Smoked meat sticks (I get nitrate free ones from my local meat market)

Also, MOST of us Paleo / Primal people practice Intermittent Fasting so we don't have to worry about hunger when we are out and about...........

Are there any protein bars you could take with you?

I take protein bars (like Pure Protein - low carb, high protein), or meat sticks/jerky. I tend not to take nuts, only b/c I don't fill up enough on them for the amt. of calories that they pack (altho they are an integral part of my diet).
