Tea and Coffee Calories

I am so confused about logging my tea and coffee calories. The database has so many different calorie amounts that I really don't know which one to pick. I have googled 'how many calories in tea' and 'coffee' but again I am getting conflicting answers. Anyone got any ideas?

Have you tried searching for the specific brand? I've just looked at my tea bags and apparently 100ml of tea (no sugar, no milk) is less than 1 calorie! So I guess the total calories depends on how much milk and sugar you add.0

I figured that with the few cups I drink a day it didn't matter that much. The coffee/tea isn't what got me here. I DO log anything that I ADD to the coffee or tea though. In the morning I put low fat half and half in my coffee, but if I have any coffee or tea the rest of the day it is black. I usually overestimate on my cals anyway, +/- 10 cals in a day won't kill me. I usually drink extra water too.0
