If i'm low on calories, or just want to eat something as a side, or something easy, I really like Lipton ring o noodle soup.

I figured it was worth sharing since it is filling, and low calorie. I like to add 1/8-1/4 cup of egg beaters to mine while its boiling.

Also, it is 60 calories a cup, an entire pot makes 4 cups, but honestly I couldn't eat that much (thats another downside is if Im eating it alone theres a lot of wasted soup!)

Downside = it is a high sodium soup

Definitely not an everyday option, but I like to keep it around when I want something small, and easy.

They also make these cup a noodle versions that are very good, I bring them to school with me sometimes and use the keurig hot water with it. Our vending machines carry ramen type cup a noodle soups, but they are loaded with calories so I feel like this is a good easy option that can be carried around.

Figured I'd share -- it works for me :)

Edit: Added nutrition facts

calories: 60 / cup
fat:1.5
cholesterol: 10mg
protein:2
sugar: less than 1g
iron: 4%

Not the most nutrient filled option, but I think its okay every once and a while, at least for me :)

I've started eating Almonds. I figured out how many calories per almond so I can make up exactly the number of calories I'm missing at the end of the day without risking going over by adding other things :)
