You look to me like you're at a pretty healthy weight right now. There is no 'right' answer. You could get a body fat test is that's what you're concerned about. But it's really a question of what your goals are now. Look ripped? Skinny runner/biker type?

between 144 and 194 but at 194 your close to being considered overweight because your bmi would be 24.4. Healthy BMI's are between 18.5 and 25. Hope this helped!0

thats nuts cause at 205 i was still pretty big... right now feels right... but i dont feel fit since my belly still jiggles0 -

8-19% body fat is considered the "healthy" range for a guy 20-40 (just guessing you're in that range).
If you feel like you want a more toned stomach you could work on either losing more weight, or just gaining more muscle and sticking at about the same weight.

Go by body fat %, not weight. If you have a lot of muscle, you may weigh over 205 and still be thin and fit. If you have little muscle, you could weigh 170 and still have jiggle.0

While I think 190lb is a good weight for someone who is 6'2" I think that question is usually a good question for your physician or a physical trainer.
Your doctor will take into account your health-- how is your blood pressure at that weight? How about cholesterol? Those numbers can determine whether you should be trying to get to a "healthier" weight, or at least incorporating exercise and a better diet.
The physical trainers can help you reach your fitness goals-- do you want to be thinner, stronger, just be healthier? Weight is a part of all that, but not always that huge a number. I think a lot of the time we focus on the scale because it is something concrete and measurable when really there are other measures of whether our bodies are where they ought to be-- like the blood pressure and cholesterol, your cardiovascular fitness, etc.0 -

Ahh, the BMI chart...
Not pulling you out of the crowd to pick on here...but there's some serious issues with that chart =D.
I'm 5'7" tall...that's 7" shorter than our original poster. I weigh between 187lbs and 190lbs depending on the time of day lol. By the BMI chart...here:

I'm borderline obese!! And that just isn't so =D.
Now...I'm somewhat muscular to an extent, sure...and still have a little bit of belly to get rid of, but at 19%-20% bodyfat...I'm nowhere near obese. Here's an example of what I mean...this is me at 189lbs:

I agree; I wouldn't pay a huge amount of attention to a BMI chart. About half of the people I know are considered to be overweight on the chart, but if you were to look at them you'd see that it's primarily muscle, not fat, that is the cause of their high BMI.0
