It's a huge difference! Be proud! Pretty unbelievable for 90 days, huh? Are you wearing the same pants? See how small(stretched!) the tag/size thingy is in the first pic and then look at the second pic! You've lost like 20lbs and a lot of inches! It's great!

Please don't minimise or down-play your progress and success. You have done amazingly well in such a short time. The difference is very evident in all of your photos. Well done and keep up the amazing work

I can see a difference ALL OVER! Especially the back view! Those are great results!! Keep up the great work! 30 day shred is a lot easier than P90x! and you will get fantastic results from that too. You should take measurements if you haven't already, because sometimes you don't see the results on the scale, but you always see them on the tape measure!!!

I have been measuring but it still doesn't seem like a lot not where I want it anyway lol. If the 30 day shred is easier then P90X I wonder if I should try something just as hard or harder? I'm trying to find something that will help get rid of that tummy a bit.
