Endurance Athletes!! - Workout Food, Drinks, Stomach Pain

Training for my first Ironman (did the 1/2 IM last time) and Im looking to hear what other people eat/drink on long distance bikes and runs.

1. What do you drink
2. What do you eat - how often? Pre? Post?
3. Do you get the whole stomach/gastro-intestinal pain after a couple hours?
