Fitness Routine Ideas/Suggestions...

Hello all, I wanna try mixing my fitness routine up a bit. I'm not losing the way I'd like (joined at the end of March), and wanted some suggestions for what has consistently worked for you all. For the most part, I eat between 1300 - 1600 calories a day, and try to work out at least 4 days a week (minimum of 30 minutes). My highest loss has been 11lbs, and then I regained 3, so now I'm at 8lbs lost. I've recently incorporated Zumba (which I LOVE) and C25K, but also wanted to add other activities. I'm kinda curious about the Beach Body series...any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!!

    Zumba rocks! I LOVE Zumba...I do it 4-5 days a week!
    Per my trainer...daily exercise should be at least 60 minutes long. He suggests 40 minutes of cardio at least and then weights.

    I bought P90X (Which is done by the Beach Body company) and love it! I currently am not using it since joining a gym, but I used it before joining. There are several discs which are all different workouts. Yoga is tough, but it's a great workout. I personally like the cardio one. You can generally get it on Ebay or Craigslist for about 1/2 the cost from buying it from the manufacturers website. Mine wasn't even opened.
