Hi! I've discovered George's Shake and George's Restore on the food lists; is anyone else here following Kathleen des Maison's "Potatoes Not Prozac" or "Your Last Diet" on line or by book? I'm glad to meet you if you are! If you're working off a sugar sensitivity, well, she's the one who literally coined the term.

    Yep, me.

I didn't care for "the last diet. . ." thought it was a bit of a sell-out. But, I have re-started my taters.

I am a massive carb/sugar addict. I felt like that book was talking to me. After coming back to her website after a few years, it's a lot more "stuff to sell to you" than it used to be, which is dissapointing. But, for me it works. Especially her idea about foods being "primers". That's huge for me.:flowerforyou:

I know this string is super old but was wondering if anyone is following the Potatoes not prozac method? Especially with COVID-19 I'm feeling the stress of working from home and know I am a sugar addict. Just looking for some support on MFP ;)
