I don't know of any single exercises but, Jillian Michaels 6week 6pack tightens up the obliques and the mid section, plus she always gives great arm work outs!0

It's a great mixture of cardio and strength/resistance, using your own body as the resistor.
Also side bends with weights are good.0 -
Superman and planks help with obliques and lower back. Try plank twists as well, those are always kill my abs.0
