since I've joined the no binging challenge, I'm determined not to overeat this weekend. (wknds are the hardest for me) my problem is I get bored!
what do you do to make sure you don't munch at night?

Well, I do eat at night, but I don't overeat. I simply plan what time I'm eating each meal based on how long I'll be up. When you have an actual meal to eat in the evening, there's less of a chance you'll get really hungry and start mindlessly grazing.0

I keep myself busy...read...watch movies/shows on youtube...clean...etc...tell myself that if I'm still hungry after I'm done doing this...that I'll eat...and then when I'm done...I decide to do something else and wait until thats done to eat...over and over...0

That is a good one-I have a similar issue. This has helped me: 1. I go to the gym early evening, so I have dinner either before or after the gym. But the whole time at the gym, I am not snacking! 2. late at night I have tea-several cups. I use skim milk and sweet-n-low, so the calorie intake is very low.
I still struggle, though, because I love sweets. When I am stressed it is really difficult!

I pre-plan my meals: Breakfast, AM snack, Lunch, Afternoon snack, Dinner, PM snack. I am careful to not have simple carbs before bed - blah & it just makes me feel icky the next AM. Planning helps me make good whole foods and keeps me busy if I pre-cook some basics.
My PM snack could be strawberries or a protein shake or something of the like... Concerned a bit about my weekend too - all day training session from 1pm - 11pm. Pre-planning protein shakes and great healthy snacks.0 -
I don't know if you will be able to get them, but i drink cappucino from packets, kinda the same deal as a hot chocolate. i get the sweet flavors and treat them like a snack only 87 cals-91cals depending on the flavor and sometimes i add vanilla carmel coffemate. wonderful snack, gives me energy and keeps me from eating since i get something warm in my tummy!0
