Hi there, I'm new and have been using this tool for the past week or so and have found it very helpful in monitoring my caloric intake. I've also started working out within the last week and find that it has done wonders for my attitude and mood.

I have a tendecy to not stick to health and weight management goals and am looking for motivation and encouragement to stay on track this time around. I just turned 36 and prior to establishing my current fitness regimen, I could sense my metabolism slow down and felt a lethargic.

I'm glad to be here and look forward to getting to know everyone!
