Hello! I am hoping MFP will help me break through a really frustrating weight loss plateau that I have been going through this past month. I've lost almost 70 lbs since August and have been losing and re-gaining the same stupid pound for the last month. Very annoying. I feel confident that this site and all of you lovely members will be the key to shaking things up a bit. I also want to up my running to 4 days a week.

I have a bridal shower tomorrow so I am going to try and do my best to mark down everything, though I have a feeling it will be difficult since it's party food. Well, I hope everyone has a good, healthy day tomorrow!

    Good luck to you tomorrow! You will love this site!! It has helped me a TON....keeps me motivated and accountable b/c I know in the back of my head before I eat something that I will have to log it later on MFP!
