hi all

been away for a long time.. its good to be back :bigsmile:

anyways.. im having some problems walking on the tread mill.. was wondering can cycling be a better option

    I think so!

    Cycling is easier on the knees and ankles than walking--you can also usually burn up more calories cycling than walking, too!

    cycling is excellent!! Go for it -- could be your sport of choice! Try water aerobics too if you get a chance, easy on the joints as well.

    OH YES!! I cycle for twenty minutes and burn 176 CAL,, and walking 15 minutes I only burn 65-70 CAL!! I love it!!
