I love it with granola and strawberries, or raspberries.... or both0

1/3 tsp of honey and blueberries was my lunch today. I had to work my way 'down' to that little amount of sweetness, I was used to the artificial/bad sweeteners in other yogurts. It's also good as sour cream, mixing in some dry ranch seasoning and using as a veggie dip.0

I mix 150g greek yoghurt with 100g of low fat flavoured probiotic yoghurt. It is higher in sugar than ideal, but it makes the flavoured stuff taste less sweet (I don't like sugary things), and the greek yoghurt less bitter.
Or mix in some blueberries, or lemon curd, or sugar free jam.0 -
I get my greek yogurt plain too and have experimented with putting different things in it haha. Some that work really well are sugar free maple syrup (very low cal so you can put more in! i put in one tablespoon for every 1/2 cup of yogurt), sugar free fruit preserves (also about a tablespoon per 1/2 cup), better n peanut butter, and sometimes I also add cinnamon or ground flaxseed.0
