Can you help with my dinner party?

So tonight I am cooking for 5 people (I don't include myself since I am of course, dieting) and I was wondering what I could make on a low budget? Preferably I'd like a starter, main and then a dessert since it is for my boyfriend's birthday. Are there any meals that I could make a low-calorie version of as well so that I could eat with them? I'll feel weird eating my Weight Watchers lasagne when they're all eating proper cooking.

Many thanks.
p.s: preferably the dish should have meat, and it can't be mexican or indian food because my boyfriend doesn't like it.

THANKS. xx

Chicken breast (skinless boneless) I use the Tesco value 3 for £10 pack.
Pesto sauce (Jar pesto is fine)
Buffalo Mozzarella (this is the ball of mozzarella sliced in about 6 slices)
    Streaky bacon.

Pound the chicken breasts thin. Spread a teaspoon of pesto sauce on the chicken. Lay 2 slices of cheese on the breast. Roll up and wrap 2 slices of bacon around it to keep it together.
Place these in a pan and cook for 25 - 30 minutes on 220 celcius. Make sure the juices run clear before removing.

Baby new potatoes, cut in half and boiled with garlic. Drain add a low fat butter and dill weed.
    String green beans steamed!

If this sounds like a good main dish, I usually do 1 chicken breast per person, you could do a few extra since it is very yummy and will get eaten up. Don't put too many in a pan tightly, the sides won't cook properly.

For dessert you can get one of those flan cake bases some strawberries and Greens (i think thats it) gel that you cook and pour over the top. Clean, cut the tops and halve the strawberries, place them cut side down on the flan base, cover in the gel. Let it set in the fridge and serve with light whipped cream.
