Rocks Cakes - how many cals approx.?

I bought a Rock cake at a craft fair - it was small but jolly nice! The rock cakes I found on the database seem either too few or too many calories. The one I ended up using was 45 cals because it was a really small cake!

Because someone else made it I'm not sure whether to log it as 45 cals or quick add a few more. Pretty sure it would be 'healthy eating' ingredients because I know the other mums who made all the goodies. I wish I'd thought to check while I was there though.

Is there any way you can get your hands on their recipe? With homemade goods they can vary so widely depending on the ingredients you use. For example just replace the oil with applesauce and you have a huge difference right there.
